It is integrated into the institution's infrastructure, hosted and/or operated within the institution's regulated environment, and made available to the institution's clients exclusively through that institution. Granum AI FZCO remains the technology provider — nothing more.
What Granum AI FZCO does — and what it does not do.
Clarity about our role is part of our product. Granum AI FZCO is a software developer and technology licensor. We are not a broker, bank, custodian or asset manager, and we do not act on behalf of any retail client. Our software is provided exclusively to authorised, licensed financial institutions.
No client funds or assets
Granum AI FZCO does not hold, receive, safeguard or manage any client funds or client assets.
No trading accounts
Granum AI FZCO does not maintain or operate trading accounts on behalf of clients.
No execution for retail clients
Granum AI FZCO does not execute transactions on behalf of retail clients.
No direct contractual relationship
Granum AI FZCO maintains no direct contractual relationship with the retail clients of the licensed financial institution (e.g. the broker) using the software. That institution is their sole counterparty.
No brokerage, custody or portfolio management
Granum AI FZCO provides no brokerage, custody or portfolio-management services to those clients.

The Granum One software is integrated into the infrastructure and regulated environment of the third-party licensed financial institution (e.g. the broker), where it is hosted and/or operated.
